Animal Hospital does not have a code-redemption system yet. As of June 2026 there is no codes box in the lobby. Any site listing "active codes" (e.g. 5NIGHTS, SKINWALKER) is publishing unverified codes — there is nowhere in-game to enter them. We verify against the live build and will list real codes here the moment a redemption menu ships.
Why you're seeing conflicting code lists
Several gaming blogs publish "working Animal Hospital codes" to capture search traffic, while the dedicated code trackers correctly report that no redemption menu exists. Both can't be right. We side with the trackers and the live game: until Animal Anomaly adds a codes button, there is nothing to redeem. We'd rather show you an empty, accurate page than a list of codes you can't actually use.

How redemption will work (once it ships)
Animal Hospital will almost certainly follow the standard Roblox pattern. Here's the ready-made checklist so you're first in line:
- Open Roblox and launch Animal Hospital; wait for the lobby to load.
- Look for a Codes button — usually a gift icon on the HUD or inside the Settings/Shop menu.
- Type or paste the code exactly — Roblox codes are case-sensitive.
- Press Redeem; the reward lands in your inventory automatically. Each code works once per account.
Where real codes will appear first
